Group Therapy

Group therapy is a space to be with difficult emotions and experiences alongside others who may have a sense of what you’re going through because they’re navigating something similar. The aim is not to fix or rush the process, but to have your experience seen and to receive care and support from others. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to offer that same care and support to others as they find their way through their own experiences.

A professional facilitator or facilitators will be there to help hold the space, offer guidance when needed, and support the group in creating a thoughtful, safe, and caring environment for everyone.
