Good Question Counseling
Supervision
My approach to supervision is collaborative and curious. We’ll look at the client, the clinical picture, the therapeutic relationship, and your own experience in the room. Available to meet for individual (1:1) or small group (1:2) supervision.
Supervision may include:
-
Talking through challenging cases and clinical stuck points
-
Building confidence in your clinical judgment and decision-making
-
Exploring what may be happening beneath the presenting problem
-
Paying attention to the therapeutic relationship and what happens between therapist and client
-
Integrating humanistic, somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approaches while honoring your own clinical "home"
-
Exploring how your own experiences and reactions may show up in the work
-
Making space for uncertainty, curiosity, and confusion
