If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can supply a monthly superbill (receipt) that you can submit to them for some percentage of reimbursement depending on what your out-of-network benefits are. ​​

Good Faith Estimate

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide estimates of the costs of your care if you are paying out of pocket or if your provider is billing out-of-network, which I will provide as a part of the intake paperwork. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
